Digital Content License
Effective date:
The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the purchased digital copy personally.
Personal license
The license is non-exclusive, limited to personal use of the purchased copy, and does not include a right to distribute the file.
Permitted use
- Read the book on personal devices.
- Store the purchased file for personal use.
- Apply the knowledge gained in work and business.
Prohibited use
- Resell the file or copies.
- Transfer the file to other people.
- Publish the complete file or substantial parts.
- Make the file publicly available or upload it to file-sharing services.
- Create or distribute illegal copies.
- Present the book as one’s own work.
Exclusive rights
Purchasing a digital copy of the book does not transfer the exclusive right in the work.
