Each request is reviewed according to the circumstances of the particular purchase and applicable law.

- Order e-mail address.
- Purchased book or bundle.
- Reason for the request.
Requests reviewed
Refunds, defective or corrupted files, mistaken charges, duplicate payments, failure to receive purchased files, and other claims are reviewed individually under applicable law.
Seller-side technical issue
If a file is damaged or the customer cannot receive purchased content because of a seller-side issue, the seller will provide access again or otherwise resolve the request as required by applicable law.
Mandatory rights
These terms do not remove or unlawfully limit mandatory customer rights.
